How do I login for the first time?
- Enter your current Labette Bank Online ID as your username and the last 4 digits of your SSN/TIN as your password.
- Complete the Identity Verification steps and enter your security code. You may “trust” your device to bypass this step for future logins.3.
- Update your username if desired, and create a new password.
- Accept the updated Terms and Conditions. You MUST click to open the PDF before you are able to toggle your acceptance of the agreement.
- Select an account to view.
Do I need to go to a different place to login?
You will still access Online Banking using our website, www.labettebank.com. All accounts connected to your banking relationship will automatically appear in the online banking platform, including those you have already linked. To request the removal of any account from online banking, please contact customer service.
Why do I need an identity verification code?
This is an additional security feature to protect your account(s). You can receive the code by text, voice, or email. Don’t see your cell phone number listed? Call us to update your contact information!
Will my scheduled transfers and bill payments still go through?
Yes, any transfers and bill payments you have set up will continue on the new platform. Your bill payment history, payees and scheduled payments will transfer.
Will I need to download a new mobile app?
We will issue an update to our current app on November 17. You will need to download an “update,” but not a new app from the app store. Most devices will prompt you to update the app when the new version is available if you do not have auto-update enabled.
