Q. What items can be deposited using Labette Bank Mobile Deposit?

A. Checks made payable to the account owner or joint owners that have been properly endorsed with the owner's signature and the text "Labette Bank Mobile Deposit Only".

Q. What items cannot be deposited using Labette Bank Mobile Deposit

A. No foreign checks, bonds, 3rd party checks, returned or re-deposited items, rebate checks, or money orders other than those from Western Union or Labette Bank.

Q. What is the cutoff time for my mobile deposits?

A. Cutoff time for submitting deposits is 4:00 p.m. Central Time (M-F).

Q. Are there any limits on the number or amount of deposits?

A. You may deposit up to $5000 in any single deposit, and up to $15,000 total over a 30 day period.

Q. Is there a fee for using Labette Bank Mobile Deposit?

A. No additional fee is charged for the service. Message and data rates may apply. Please check with your communications service provider for access rates, texting charges, and other applicable fees.

Q. How do I begin using Labette Bank Mobile Deposit?

A. Download the latest version of Labette Bank's Mobile App from the Apple, Google Play, or Amazon Appstore.  The mobile deposit functionality is built into the app.  Launch the app, login to your account, and select 'Mobile Deposit' from the menu to begin the enrollment process.  Once you are approved and enrolled, you will be able to make mobile deposits using the 'Mobile Deposit' menu option.

Q. What mobile device requirements are needed to use Labette Bank Mobile Deposit?

A. Any mobile device with Internet access that is running a manufacturer supported version of IOS or Android may run the Labette Bank Mobile App, but a 5 megapixel camera with autofocus is recommended for using Labette Bank Mobile Deposit.  Your mobile device must be able to take a high resolution and clear photo of the item that is to be deposited.
